WWPC Rally Booking-in & Cancellation Policy
Rallies are the backbone of the Pony Club. West Waterford Pony Club aims to provide training and rallies at a reasonable cost to our members. We encourage our members to attend as many rallies as possible where they will learn more about their ponies and improve their riding. It is also a great opportunity to meet up with other participants and have a bit of fun.
It is important that you book in for these rallies in advance to ensure that we can book sufficient instructors to give our member the best instruction. You will receive a WhatsApp or text message informing you of upcoming rallies. All levels and standards are catered for.

BOOKING-IN
Please book in by the closing date as detailed in the rally notification text. As we must give instructors sufficient notice, we are unable to accept late entries for rallies. Your rally time will be sent to you via WhatsApp text as soon as is possible after closing. We would be grateful if you could ensure you arrive on time and are mounted and ready to go at least 10 minutes prior to your allocated time.
CANCELLATIONS
Any cancellations made prior to rally booking closing time will be refunded in full. After groups and times are notified we can only refund your rally fee if we can find a replacement for your allocated time.
