🤩WWPC members Emily and Abigail Higgins at todays Classic Qualifier in Maryville🐎

🌟 WWPC was brilliantly represented by its members competing at the IPC show jumping Classic Qualifier in Maryville today.
Shauna Ni Riordain won the 1m Classic Starter qualifier with a great performance in the jump-off
While Lucy Hehir was a great 3rd in the 90cm Classic with Kate Browne also making the jump-off, we were also proudly represented by Scarlett Dineen and Sarah O’Connor in the 90s.
Emily Higgins had a brilliant Double Clear in the 50s, with Abigail Higgins and Holly Collins going double clear in the 60s with competitive times!
We had some great efforts in the 80s with Sarah O’Connor finishing 2nd with Brian Casey 6th, while both Áine and Seán Browne had an unlucky pole each with competitive times
Well Done to all involved!👏🏻

🏇🇮🇪 Huge congratulations to our 6 West Waterford members who competed at the IPC National Eventing Championships this weekend
✨ Oisín & Kate tackled their first year in Intermediates with style, placing brilliantly in a competitive class.
🥇 Caoilainn was unbeatable in the Intro Intermediates, finishing on her winning dressage score with double clears 🐎🔥
👏 Peter also impressed in the same class on his promising young horse — loads of progress.
💪 Sam had a fantastic first year in Juniors, delivering a super clear SJ round.
🌟 And young Hannah finished on her dressage score in the U12s to secure an amazing 8th place finish!

🌟 Huge congratulations to Peter & Margaret Verling who competed at the IPC Tetrathlon Championships at Punchestown this wknd.
Peter came 2nd individually in the Senior Boys & was part of the winning Senior Boys Team.
Margaret came 2nd individually in the Senior Girls & 6th in the Teams. Well done Peter & Margaret! 🌟

🌟 Huge congratulations to Peter & Margaret Verling who competed in the Senior Regional Tetrathlon Championships in Scotland this weekend. Peter had a fantastic result of *4th* overall individually (having come first in the run, going clear XC and doing a great swim) and he was also part of the *boys winning team* . Margaret came *19th* overall individually (having come 3rd in the swimming with a PB and 3rd in the run despite hurting her leg in the XC phase). She was also part of the girls team who came *2nd* . Well done Peter and Margaret!! 🏆👏

Day 3 was The Day of Resurrection of the Puissance cup ,we were so lucky to have Tadhg Beecher ( an experienced Puissance rider himself at the RDS )to walk the course and give the members some pointers, and we were delighted to have John & Sharon Flavin to bring back the cup to the West Waterford PC , presented by Sharon to Shauna Ní Riordáin this years winner 🏆 and organised by WWPC Showjumping Dave Browne .🐎
