It has been proposed to organise a club trip to Badminton Horse Trials in May ’18. The plan is to fly out of Cork on Friday the 4th and attend the event on Saturday (X-country day) and Sunday (showjumping day) and return on Monday the 7th. This is the May bank holiday weekend. Harvey travel have organised the following itinerary. The price is based on 25 travelling.
Itinerary:
- Fly Cork to Bristol on the 4th May departing at 11:05am and arriving at 12:25pm, bus transfer to the hotel
- Stay 3 nights in the Bristol Marriott on a B&B basis – the hotel is in the centre of Bristol and is close to the busy shopping area and restaurants
- Transfer to and from the show on the 5thand 6th of May and entrance to the show each day
- Monday 7th of May transfer to the airport and departing Bristol at 12:50pm, arriving in Cork at 2:15 pm
The cost, based on a twin/ double room sharing, inclusive of the above is €585.00.
For families travelling, Harvey travel would need the breakdown of each one as prices will differ depending on age. A Deposit of €160.00 per person is required as soon as possible (ideally before the 17th of November).
