IRISH PONY CLUB HALLOWEEN VIRTUAL DRESSAGE COMPETITION 2023
We are delighted to announce that we are running a Halloween National virtual dressage competition 2023 for Irish Pony Club members (hosted by CGP equestrian). Entries will be open on the main Irish Pony Club Its Plain Sailing page between 09.00 on Monday 16th October and 23.59 on Wednesday 8th November. Videos of dressage tests should be submitted to the CGP equestrian website cgpequestrian.ie/ipc-virtual-dressage-halloween-2023/ according to the instructions provided at cgpequestrian.ie/how-to-enter/.
They will be judged by Listed dressage judges who will give useful feedback which will help riders to improve in the future.
Classes are at Introductory, DI Preliminary, DI Novice and DI Elementary dressage levels.
Members can ride more than one dressage test, at more than one level, on more than one pony (with no age or H/C restrictions).
If members are interested in being considered for an IPC dressage team in 2024, we encourage you to attempt the appropriate The (UK) Pony Club tests at UK Pony Club Novice, Intermediate or Open level which were used at the Royal Windsor Horse Show in 2023.
Entries are €15.00 on the Irish Pony Club Its Plain Sailing at www.itsplainsailing.com/org/ipc

🎉 We are delighted to announce our senior member Molly O’Neill has achieved an outstanding success in passing her A Test exam. The A test is the highest test in the Pony Club, Molly, along with Zara Kelly from Bray Hunt Pony Club were the only Pony Club members in Ireland to sit and pass the exam this year. A massive well done to both members.

🌟🌟 IRISH PONY CLUB EVENTING CHAMPIONSHIP 2023🌟🌟🌟
Huge congratulations to our Intermediate team of Izzy, Millie and Siofra winning the Championship in Tattersalls over a very strong XC course. Not won by our club since 1994!!!
Millie and Siofra also won their Arenas with Siofra 4th in dressage and Millie 5th.
Also very well done to Caoileann Ava and Alice in the Intro Intermediate and Kate in the Junior who all rode so well. Alice came 2nd in the dressage.
A great fun weekend was had with amazing support and team spirit. Hope to see many more from the club next year!
